- Delivery Within Nigeria
Orders within Nigeria may be delivered using reputable courier or logistics services.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
- International Orders
All international orders are supplied under EXW (Incoterms® 2020).
Under EXW terms:
Goods are made available for collection at our premises in Lagos, Nigeria.
The buyer is responsible for arranging collection.
The buyer is responsible for freight forwarding.
The buyer is responsible for export and import documentation where applicable.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, insurance, and transportation costs after collection.
- Delivery Delays
While we aim to process orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs inspections
Freight forwarders
Courier companies
Weather conditions
Government actions
Events beyond our reasonable control
- Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.
Any shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
