Returns & Refund Policy

At God’s Deed Wholesale, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
- Returns
Returns will only be accepted where:
Incorrect products were supplied.
Products were damaged during transit.
Products have confirmed manufacturing defects.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened products
Used products
Products damaged after delivery
Products returned without prior approval
Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Refunds
Where a return is approved, we may:
Replace the products,
Issue a credit note, or
Process a refund using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been inspected and approved.
- Return Shipping
Where the return is due to our error, we will advise the customer on the appropriate return procedure.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
