Where goods are supplied under EXW (Incoterms® 2020), the buyer is responsible for collecting the goods from our premises and assumes responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties and taxes after collection.
- Inspection of Goods
Customers should inspect all goods immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, damaged goods or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to notify us within this period may be deemed acceptance of the goods.
- Returns & Refunds
Returns will only be accepted where:
Incorrect products were supplied.
Products were damaged during transit.
Products have confirmed manufacturing defects.
Returned goods must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging unless otherwise authorised.
Returns based on customer preference, slow sales or changes in market demand will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with all applicable laws, regulations and labelling requirements in the country where the products will be imported, marketed or sold.
